Founded in 1994, All West Aviation Services, Inc. is an independent supplier of parts and ground support equipment for Hawker 125 Series Business Jets.
Our In-House Quality Control Program is approved by most U.S. based FBO’s and Business Jet Services Centers.
Honed over 27 years of providing the highest level of support to the Hawker 125 Business Jet Community, our quality control processes are part of a culture that is embedded into our training, software, and facilities.
No bar codes, no boiler plates, no “eye wash,” - just a complete system of absolute dedication to quality and accuracy using a hands-on, visual inspection, tracking, storage and distribution.
From incoming inspection to climate-controlled storage. Then from picking and preparing items for shipment to our customers, to restocking and daily audits, our quality processes ensure accuracy of certification, part number, description, condition, and quantities for every item sold, no matter how large or small.
A unique ‘batch number’ is assigned to each stock-line. Batch numbers are printed on Stock Tags, Pick Tags, Packing Slips and Invoices. The batch number relates to our original purchase order and line item, allowing for 100% Traceability to the Manufacturer or Authorized Source.

Factory New and Overhauled Materials
We guarantee 100% traceability for all Factory New and Overhauled materials. All factory new materials are supplied with FAA 8130-3 Certification and/or Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance.
AWA Custom Tools and Ground Support Equipment (GSE)
Our Custom Tools and Ground Support Equipment are manufactured locally using high quality materials and machining processes. Although sold in new condition, Tools and GSE are not certified for flight and are not provided with any type of certification at the time of sale. We do have batch traceability in place, should the need to recall one of our tools or GSE items ever arise.
New Surplus (NS) Materials
New Surplus parts are segregated both physically in our warehouse and in our database.
While the sale of surplus materials is no longer a main part of our business, these parts provide a vital resource to an aging fleet of Hawker 125 Business Jets.
We do not offer traceability with New Surplus Materials.
During any initial phone or email inquiry from a potential buyer, these items are called out and identified as New Surplus. They are also filtered and identified on our web search engine. We can supply history, photo’s, etc. in order to help Hawker Business Jet Operators make informed decisions.
We guarantee customer satisfaction. Any item that does not meet our customers’ inspection criteria upon receipt, may be returned, unused, within ten days for a full refund. Also see our Return Policy.
