AVMATS Acquires All West Aviation Services, Inc.
July 30, 2026
After a forty-eight-year aviation career, including thirty-two years of supporting the Hawker Business Jet Fleet as an independent supplier, Chuck Best has retired and sold All West Aviation Services Inc., originally founded in 1994, to AVMATS.
"After thirty-two years of owning and operating a successful small business, I have made the decision to retire and to sell the remaining assets of All West Aviation Services, Inc. to Justin Giessman/AVMATS. Working with Justin has been an absolute pleasure, and I see this deal as a great and positive way to finish off my aviation career. I am grateful to Sean McInally and Martha Best for their dedication and support at All West Aviation for so many years."- Chuck Best
AVMATS was founded in 1978 by Butch Giessman and remains a family business, headed up by Justin Giessman, with the same dedication to the Hawker operators and MROs.
"Over the last 32 years, AWA and AVMATS have been customers, vendors, competitors and friends, all at the same time! It seems natural that AVMATS would continue the legacy that Chuck and the AWA team have created Chuck's passion, dedication and commitment to the Hawker Community has been incredible and AVMATS plans to continue the legacy." - Justin Giessman
As part of the Agreement, AVMATS will become the Worldwide Exclusive Distributor for Loop Aerospace Products for the Hawker 125 Series.
Customers can expect the same trusted source for Hawker aircraft parts, now backed by the resources, inventory, and customer service that have made AVMATS a respected name in business aviation. Planned investments will focus on expanding product availability, enhancing the online shopping experience, and delivering a high level of customer support.

Chuck Best Retirement
December 17, 2025
After thirty-one years of owning and operating a successful small business, I have made the decision to retire at the end of 2025.
I plan on doing some touring and travelling with my wife while we still have our health. We will continue to play music around the Boise area, and there are some woodworking and landscaping projects waiting for me.
Sean McInally, a twenty-year employee of All West Aviation, will operate the company under contract, providing customer support and order fulfillment for our Loop Products, while also operating his new company, BaseLine GSE.
Thank you for your support all these years!
Chuck Best
